Whether you are new to pilates or have been practicing for years, we are here to guide you and make sure you attend a class that is appropriate for you. Our group classes have max 4 people so we can focus on your individual needs to help you achieve your full potential.
Using the full pilates gym in the classes we can give you a wide range of exercises lying down, standing and sitting, working with resistance from the springs.
We require that you take at least 2 private classes if you are new to Pilates before you join our group classes.
